Ana Costa is FCT Principal Research Associate in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour (CATÓLICA-LISBON). She was KLEAR Senior Scientist in Consumer Behavior at the Biotechnology School (CATÓLICA-PORTO), FCT Research Fellow (CATÓLICA-LISBON), Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Marketing and Statistics (Aarhus School of Business) and Departamento de Gestão (Universidade de Évora), and Research Fellow at the Livestock Research Institute (Wageningen University).
EducationShe holds a PhD in Consumer Behaviour and New Product Development (Wageningen University), a post-graduate degree in Research Methodology in Business Economics and Management (University of Groningen and Erasmus University Rotterdam), and graduate degrees in Food Quality Management (Ghent University) and Food Engineering (Universidade Técnica de Lisboa).
Research InterestsHer research focuses on consumer behavior, personal norms, diet and health, NPD and Innovation, and persuasive technology.
