Program DescriptionAgricultural Business and Marketing Economics: This area consists of courses in agricultural commodity price analysis, agricultural business management and agricultural marketing. Current research by faculty in this area includes livestock marketing strategies, grain market analysis, fresh organic produce marketing, the organization and functioning of agricultural cooperatives, the impact of generic advertising on the demand for agricultural commodities and the changing role of traditional agricultural sectors, such as livestock.
