Program Description
The MBA program in Agribusiness is unique in that it offers the option to students of both full-time and part-time classes. The program also combines the resources and graduate faculty from both the College of Business and the College of Agriculture. The MBA in Agribusiness degree program prepares a student for career opportunities in some of the following fields within the Agribusiness industry:- Marketing; - Financial Services; - Banking;- Management;- Information Systems Investments;- Sales; - Commodity Merchandising/Trading; - Biotechnology;- Pharmaceuticals;- Food Processing Economic; - Forecasting. Each Agribusiness student is assigned an academic advisor that is a faculty member in either the Department of Agricultural Economics or the College of Business Administration. Every effort is made to match each student with an advisor working in a common career field of interest.
