Program Description
The aim of the course is to train participants in the subject of food management with special emphasis being placed on its implementation in the food industry. A multidisciplinary approach will integrate recent advances both in technology and management. The focus of the course will be on practical as well as theoretical aspects. The course is intended for professionals directly involved in the food industry/business and qualified individuals/personnel from public institutions. Although theoretical aspects will be presented and discussed, concentration will be primarily on practical aspects. It is our anticipation that participants will enrich their respective countries with new scientific and technological knowledge, while simultaneously establishing a basis for future research cooperation between the participants and the researchers at the Faculty of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Quality Sciences.Contact
