Master's program in International Food Industry Management (M.S. MIA)
Program Description
his one-year intensive specialized Master's program trains managers for the agri-food industry, mainly for international companies, with an international scope and ready for a cross-functional approach. For 6 years M.S. MIA has been ranked #1 in the category of post-graduate programs specialized in the Management for Food Industry (SMBG ranking France). The program is taught on a full time basis from September until the end of March, mainly in French. Students must also be trained in agri-food companies during 4 to 6 months and present a professional thesis. In addition to core courses providing fundamental skills in general management, electives focus on the characteristics of agri-food management which include: strategy for agri-food companies, distribution strategy, agri-food marketing, international management, food safety and quality control, managing new products and processes, commodity trading, and so forth.
