Biography
Loïc Sauvee is director of the research unit INTERACT and Professor of Marketing and Business Organization at UniLaSalle. He is an expert in social sciences, system theory, and scientific direction. Dr. Sauvee is also an Associate Researcher, at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France.
Education
Professor Sauvee earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from ENSAIA, with Major in Economics from INA (Institut National Agronomique) Paris-Grignon in 1984. He was awarded a doctorate in agricultural economics from ENSAR (Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Rennes) in 1989. After conducting a post doc in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University (USA) in 1995, he went on to the University of Montpellier 1 (France), habilitation and supervised research (HDR) in management sciences in 2002.
Research Interests
Dr. Sauvee's current research aims to deepen the understanding of governance (its emergence, mode of operation, and dynamics) in collaborative with organizational forms and individual/organizational networks. These questions are explored through qualitative and quantitative research in disruptive technological and organizational innovations in agribusiness and food sectors utilizing sustainabity and CSR strategies.
